Upside Down

upsidedownI came across this quote from John Steinback in a recent post from Donald Miller* and it made me think about the Kingdom of God (naturally given I just spoke far too long on the subject).

The things we admire in men, kindness and generosity, openness, honesty, understanding and feeling are the concomitants** of failure in our system. It’s not the way our world works.
